How to use your Kegel balls:
1. Clean the Kegel ball you wish to use and assume a comfortable position. You can use a stool or a chair to keep one of your legs high.
2. For more comfort, apply some lube to the ball of your choice and insert it into your vagina. Try to hold the position for 2 minutes while keeping the ball inside of you by clenching your pelvic floor muscles.
3. If the Kegel ball does not come out after 2 minutes, remove it and insert the one just above the weight of the one you just used.
4. Repeat the exercise until you find the weight that is too challenging, then choose a slightly lighter model to do your exercises.
5. You can exercise for 15 minutes a day by walking, climbing stairs or doing squats and increase the weight of the balls as you progress.
6. Remove the Kegel balls by gently pulling on the stem.

Use a water-based lubricant only. Clean after each use with warm water and soap free of alcohol and silicone.
